This course is based on the booking tool actually used by a yoga studio in Toulouse, built exactly this way: class schedule, online bookings, student area, payments. You see the choices made, the mistakes avoided and what had to be fixed.

  • A Windows computer (the course is recorded on Windows) and an Internet connection
  • A Claude subscription — costs are detailed before you start
  • No programming knowledge

Planned curriculum

  1. Define what your studio needs

    Classes, time slots, capacity, class passes or memberships: describe how you work before building anything.

  2. Set up your environment

    Claude, the code editor, hosting: install the bare minimum and understand what each tool costs.

  3. Build the schedule and bookings

    Show your classes, book a spot, handle cancellations and the waiting list.

  4. Student area and emails

    Accounts, booking history, automatic confirmations and reminders.

  5. Take payments online, safely

    What to know before accepting payments: provider, checks, refunds.

  6. Security, GDPR and backups

    Protect your students’ data, back up, know how to restore.

  7. Go live and keep it running

    Publishing, domain name, updates and small improvements over time.

Good to know

A tool generated with AI is not automatically reliable, secure or ready to take payments. The course teaches you to check, test and recognise when it is better to call in a professional. Hosting, online payments and AI all have a cost: it is set out clearly from the start.
